Buddy is logged in AND is seated at a table
Clicking on the arrow next to a seated player will display the table name(s) at which they are seated. Positioning your cursor over the buddy's name, or over the table, will display additional information about the buddy or table. Double-clicking (or right-click "Open Table...") on a TABLE NAME will automatically launch your game software and take you to the table in observer mode.
Adding a Buddy
If you would like to add a new player to your buddy list, click on the symbol at the bottom of UltimateBuddy, or select Add Buddy from the Buddies Menu (you may also right click on the buddy for this option, and most of the others listed below). When you receive the following screen, type in the exact screen name of the buddy you would like to add (this is NOT case sensitive): When you click "OK", the player will be added to your buddy list.Deleting a Buddy
Simply select the buddy on the buddy list by clicking on their name once. Then click on the symbol at the bottom of UltimateBuddy, or select Remove Buddy from the Buddies Menu. The selected buddy will be deleted immediately.
Blocking a Buddy
You can block other players from being able to see details about you. They will then be able to add your name (just like normal), but they will never receive information about when you're logged in or when you're sitting at a table. The blocked buddy will not be told that you have blocked them, but may determine that you have when they observe you at a table and UltimateBuddy has not notified them. If you block them while you are logged in to the game, they will also be notified that you have logged out (even though you are still in the game). To block a buddy, simply select the buddy on the buddy list by clicking on their name once. Then click on the at the bottom of UltimateBuddy, or select Block Buddy from the Buddies Menu. The selected buddy will be blocked immediately, and will continue to be displayed with the symbol next to their name.
Unblocking a Buddy
To remove blocking from one of your buddies, simply select that buddy by clicking on them once. Then click on the symbol at the bottom of UltimateBuddy, or select Unblock Buddy from the Buddies Menu.Player Notes
You can easily add notes about each buddy. Simply click once on the buddy and then select "Player Notes..." from the Buddies menu.Default Sounds

UltimateBuddy comes with a default set of sounds that will notify you every time one of your buddies logs in to the poker room, sits down at a table or logs out of the poker room. Each one of these actions results in a different sound. You may find sounds to be highly useful because you can keep UltimateBuddy minimized and out of sight, and still know what you're buddies are doing.
Customizing Sounds
You can customize the default sounds for all of your buddies, or even assign specific sounds to each individual buddy. To customize the sounds for ONE of your buddies, simply highlight that buddy's name on the UltimateBuddy list, and then select Sound Options... from the Buddies Menu. You will be presented with the UltimateBuddy Sound Preferences Window. You can then choose to mute all sounds for that buddy, or specify individual sounds for any or all of the actions of that buddy. To include a custom sound for each of the alerts, click on "Custom" and then click on the "..." button to select the appropriate .WAV file on your computer (these files must have the ".wav" extension at the end of their name). To customize the sounds for ALL of your buddies, click on the "Default" tab at the top of the Sound Preferences Window and specify the custom sounds for all of your buddies (the custom sounds that you have specified for individual buddies will still override the Default sounds).
