Who can use UltimateBuddy?

Any player who is a customer in good-standing with an UltimateBet-powered cardroom may use UltimateBuddy.

How much does the service cost?

Is it secure?

Absolutely! UltimateBuddy uses the same security features designed into UltimateBet-powered cardrooms.

Can I see where a player is seated?

Yes! If a buddy has a triangle to the left of their name, that means they are seated at a table. Double-click on their name to reveal the table at which they are seated. Position your curser over the table name to see what kind of game it is.

Can I use UltimateBuddy to get to the poker table?

Yes! Double-click on the table name and you'll be taken directly to the table, even if you don't have the game open.

Can I keep notes about my buddies?

You bet, it's easy! Highlight a buddy and then select "Player Notes..."

Who can I register in my buddy list?

You can add the name of any player (screen nickname) who plays in any UltimateBet-powered cardroom. If they don't exist in any of these cardrooms, you won't be able to add the name to your buddy list.

If I add a buddy, will that person know that I have added them to my list?

No. Only you know who is on your buddy list.

What if I want to keep somebody from adding me to THEIR buddy list?

You can block other players from seeing you by using the blocking feature. They will still be able to add your name to their buddy list, but they will not receive any information about you. They also will not know that you have blocked them. It is important to note that if you do this, you will also be unable to get information about them.

One of my buddies just sat down at a table, but UltimateBuddy doesn't show that. What's going on?

That player doesn't want you to see their information, and has specifically blocked you on their buddy list.

When I try to login, I receive a message that my email account needs to be validated. Why does this happen, and how do I fix this?

We require that the email address on your account record be validated in order to use UltimateBuddy. To validate your email address, login to the cardroom Account Services area and click on the red, flashing button "Click here to validate account." Then follow the easy directions provided.

Can I use UltimateBuddy to message my buddies?

No. UltimateBuddy can only be used to keep track of your favorite players.

What kind of computer do I need?

In general, any computer that will run UltimateBet-powered cardrooms will also run UltimateBuddy without a problem.
